What are you addicted to?

Hmmm that how i do mine, it has cracked when people have stood on my back before tho.

I used to get it done properly by my Biomechanics teacher when i went to college, if you get all the joints in your back cracked you feel miles better and flexible.

Im addicted to orange juice, i take a bottle of it every where with me, ive always got a big bottle of orange juice in my bag...lol!! also chocolate, i get really bad cravings for it all the time, and wait for it....smoking weed

relax ur muscles, breath out, then twist.

helps if u stand straight and hold on to a bench top or something that height to the side of you, then lean in to it

Aaron... i do the toes aswell... infact most of my body cracks.. its worrying sometimes

Mine tends to crunch more than crack :spangled: I can hear my knee's crunching when I walk down the stairs

is it worse in the winter? or is that just me falling to bits faster?

My knee's ache more in the cold, but they crunch all year round :sick:

They basically fiddle with ya back and sort out any problems u might have with vertabrae and stuff.. it usually hurts like fook mind..

I have this same problem.. I went to the docs about it a few years ago and was told that my knee caps weren't alligned properly.. its horrible ain't it.. :sick:

Ha! My doctor has said for years that its just cos Im growing. Well I've been 5' 10" for about 7 years now, I somehow dont think Im still growing
