well i wasn't wrong, and i was out by a goal per game with my predictions. great atmosphere at the riverside and i couldn't fault the effort of a single player, sometimes you just get beat by a better team.

i think it is the end of the line for us this year though, our injury list is just too big for us to be able to really compete at the moment in the league and certainly in europe.

think newcastle have the ability to go further, but alot will depend on how you cope without boumsong. just can't see you winning it without him playing at the back for you.

We are a much better side with Boum in that there is no doubt, but we can now play Butt & Faye in front of the defence instead of Dyer & Jenas. The back 4 + Shay have never had it so good

Not many big teams like marseille last year left in it, i honestly belive we ARE the best team in the Uefa cup now
