    i no longer smoke on tues, wed or thurs :cool2:

    technically, mon & fri are the weekend, and i can now class myself as a 'social smoker'

    another night out tonight, very pissed n yet i still didnt smoke, im well proud of meself though, n the new other half keeps sayin how good im doing, defo worth it!!

    I'm going to stop smoking tomorrow. Had way too many this weekend and now feel minging! Plus it's a total waste of money!

    no. the smooth taste of nicotine in the morning with a hot cup of coffee really sorts you out now its winter. and how could you enjoy the taste of a pint properly without a wonderful lungful of smoke?:lol:

    Ignore that!!! Best advice to quitting if you generally want to, is .. JUST DONT... lol ... just dont tho and push it out of your mind and focus on how good your being for a split second then do something like what you would have done after finishing your tab. Do this quick and eventually you forget.

    TO HARD then

    set a day and stick to it.. whilst i was reaching my Target day i found that tabs were becoming more and more horrible.. Psycologically i had made tabs minging in my opinion. It got to the point i sparked up and i was like URGH it tastes awful.
    Its deffinatly all in the mind like!!!
