Scottish football, what is the point???

They were playing Blyth Spartans in the Unibond League or whatever it's called just 7 years ago! Now there playing in Europe. I think things like that make football so different from many sports. The turn around in just a few seasons can be amazing!

Hats off to all those who support lower league teams. Suppose it is a hell of alot cheaper though

Which leagues do you rate???


Spain is a 2 sometimes 3 horse race

so is Italy

France is a one horse race

Dutch is generally PSV, Feyenoord and Ajax

that leaves Germany

the english need scottish football.

scotland are to us what san marino are to italy, or leichtenstein are to germany.

leichtenstein is nowt to do with germany

i meant in terms of location/language. although i realise it doesnt share a border.

politically its closely alligned to switzerland, and had close ties with austria.

leichtenstein is more of a province than a country imo, it doesnt even have a national league their teams play in the lower regions of the swiss league.

and there national team is as good as sunderland

i know vaduz were in the swiss league and the others in lower tiers but im sure they play a cup or something
