    ..

thats the problem with Yousef though, his style always seems to be the same - as said, he is probably best house dj in england techinically, but his tunes just bore me. That my opinion anyway, I know some people will disagree.

    Jambon - whats so amusing?

When I have seen Yousef in the past I haven't been very impressed. I'm not knocking his technical ability, but I found his sets very flat and boring. I would however like to see him again, to see if my opinion has changed (last time I saw him was at least two/three years ago).

i Like yousef, i have always enjoyed his sets when i have seen him. and hes one of the hardest working DJ's i have seen, always doing something, not just mixing one tune to another. Love the way he ends his sets, layering tunes ontop of each other creating big build ups which gets the room jumping

He did that really well on sat at the end. Had a vocal over the top of some funky basslines for ages.
I don't expect that everyone will like the music at shindig but I can't see why people won't acknowledge that its a class club. The crowd are really clued up. At clubs like Gatecrasher and Promise there's often just a ripple of applause at the end of the night. At Shindig nearly every week the whole club is nearly taking the roof off for one more.
