No your right in what your saying there I agree about the comprimise thing andtelling someone they cant go to a certain place is very shit. What I mean is if you love some1 and they tell you they are unhappy with you taking illegal drugs, its a bit sad if you finish them because of that

I think it depends on whether its a resonable request or not. And how they do it. If your a total sweaty faced munter and its affecting ur relationship, then I dont see the problem in asking them to take it easy, not even stop totally. And they should do it, if they cared.

But telling them to stop or thats IT with the relationship, or vice versa telling them to stick their request cos you like being a munter, even if its effecting ur relationship, is out of order.

I think when me and Stephen met, our bodies were reaching the end of our drug days anyway. We've just gradually filtered them out to special occassions

People think tho that drugs make you a bad person, speaking from experience with my sister id say alcohol has caused more shit in this family than drugs ?!?!

Look where she is now - i have taken "things" for years, i have two jobs and earn good ish money now - ok one or two weekends i have went OTT and felt the effects come monday and had to leave early or phone in sick BUT its then that you realise that things are getting in the way...

I would never let what i do ruin my jobs cos basically if i lose them im fucked - the majority of people u know "get wrecked" so to speak and there not cocks, there not arseholes and the arent throwing there lives away cos there all sound as fuck - alof of them probs have better jobs than me actually altho that doesnt take much

Well thats what I mean if somebody has a clear drug problem surely its not crap asking them not to take them anymore! If some1 did it out of spite then tell them to piss off but if they are really concerned its completely different!

yeah but your an example of some1 who can handle their drugs alright therefore a girlfriend shouldnt have a problem with you taking them

if i really liked the lass id probably do what she says, no point in finishing someone i loved cos i want to take drugs, that sounds fucked up i reckon.

You should be with someone for who they are not who you can change then into. So if she wants to change you then i'd get rid.

But then again if your that reliant on drugs to define who you are and wont listen to the advice of a loved one they maybe you need to seek professional help.

Its all good and well saying that you shouldn't change someone, if they take drugs they take drugs. My boyfriend is two days out of rehab, and for the first time in my life i'm encouraging someone NOT to take drugs, and am willing to stop myself if it'll make things easier for him.

i'd ask who this person is and what have they done to my gf.

how the fuck is it out of order saying to your boyfriend that if they take drugs then they aint gonna be with you anymore?
if its something u feel strongly enough about and if you dont want a boyfriend that takes pills then u shouldnt have to have one, surely your the main person who can choose who u will and wont go out with...!!!

If they didnt tell you when you met and you found out later and dint want them to take drugs then you cud talk about them stopping, but if you found out after yous got together you wud probs be so angry n pissed off about the fact that they lied in the 1st place yous wud probs finish anyway!!
