Does anyone have any moe info on O2 ripping people off as I have a contract online bill and the bills I was receiving were between £180-£300 and I was no way using that much. My mam pays my bills and has consequently relegated me to P&G.

One month my phone was broken and I couldnt use it yet they still hit me with a £200 phone bill.

What is going on. How can I prove they have ripped me ?

    this seems well dodgy.

im going to batter the absolute ****ing fuckwitted retard kiddie fiddling bastards

just rang up to check where my upgrade is after nearly two weeks of waiting...

after ringing three different premium rate numbers im told that they categorically have no record of me ringing up AT ALL to cancel my phone and re-order... then they tell me that they can order an upgrade but its going to take another week... so they put me through to ""customer services"" who i was told could send my phone out first class post...

which of course was news to ""customer services"" because next day delivery doesnt exist at o2 anymore and i'd have to be put back through to upgrades... so in a queue i go.. only to be told that the upgrade department's systems had gone down and they would give me a call back in the next 24 hours...

at which point i asked them how they were going to call me? only to be told they'd call me on my mobile... what, the mobile I LOST??

02 ARE POSSIBLY THE SHITTEST COMPANY IVE EVER COME ACROSS :fuming: :fuming: :fuming:

    Phone companies are all bollocks..

I had to phone T-Mobile up 3 times to set up picture messaging which is like so piss easy to do..! First time I was on hold for about 20 mins then when I finally got through to someone they said the network was down and it couldn't be done (what's the matter with a quick recorded message to tell me this before I hold for so long?!), second time the woman said she was sending the setting immediately and blatantly didn't even bother because I had to phone again a day later to chase it up.

O2 have been doing the same to me for months.
Must have rang up about ten times and even tried using the website, nothing works.

It's a complete pisstake.. the only thing that stopped me having a go at the bloke who set it up for me in the end was that I work in a job where people have a go at me for things that aren't my fault and it's the most frustrating thing. But it was pathetic! Admittedly I'm only about 60p down after the whole thing but it's the principle..!

I note no-one has slated Orange on here yet. I've been with them for five years and have never had a single problem.

    Switch to Orange!
