If only the FA had asked Boro fans on what kind of manager McClown is... his tactical nous was always abysmal.

I'll be lending my support to Croatia at the Championships as they played well and impressed me. They were technically superior all over the park, England played with no intelligence and couldn't keep the ball or pick a sensible pass.

4-5-1 at home is always a sad predicament and really tempting fate, we deserved what we got. Bridge had the worst game i've ever seen an England player play, Gerrard was a headless chicken. The rest weren't much better.

If we can throw money bags at Ericsson then we can do it at Mourinho.

    I won a fiver:king:

Kid at work asked if I fancied betting him odds or even to score the first goal, I said nah. I said I reckon someone with 2 numbers on there back will score first, he was creaming himself thinking I would only 2 number 10s & 11s to start with + subs, little did he know that I knew most of Croatia players pick shirts rather run out in the standard 1 to 11. It was bingo for Spencer when the first goal went in.

    Before the weekend games:

"Apparently, England's flops will each bank around £150,000. The paper says 'they get a bumper annual bonus from the players' pool, depending on how many times they make the squad'.

One player's accountant is quoted as saying: "The players make more if they qualify for Euro 2008, but even by not making it they do alright. It might only be a couple of weeks wages to many of them, but it's not to be sniffed at and to your average man in the street it's an absolute fortune." "
