    I like to be with other people but i have learned to enjoy my own company more now :) if i dont spend time by myself every week i end up done in :cry:

    does that even make sense? :confused:

    i suffered form social phobia for a good 10 years was horrific to say the least, still get weird when im out say in the metro centre, but im in control of it now :)
