Aye, when Barton had the ball in our box and i thought if he scores here it would be poetic. Glad he never.

Derby matches are like the FA cup final or summit. Makes me nervous as fuck when watching. Shame theres some fans who take it upon themselves to start bother at the ground or outside. Proper sad twats if you ask me.

The sunderland fans who started bother in the ground werent season ticket holders because of where they were sitting, alot of them will have only turned up because it was newcastle, and it was six and two threes anyway Newcastle fans were in there at the same time

Don't really think the issue is whether or not it was season ticket holders that were causing the bother, it's the fact SAFC failed to control it again. Most of it looked like handbags stuff anyway to be fair, but it's still not nice to see.

Most important thing is that we were rubbish and we got beat, so fair play to Sunderland fans for enjoying it. Still fucking hate Sunderland though. Roll on the January 31st!

i think its funny how people are focusing on a few scuffles at the end of the match. what about a few seasons ago when sunderland fans were attacked leaving SJP? Not to mention toon fans fighting amongst themselves or jumping off bridges after previous games.

To be honest, Newcastle are the worst team i've seen play at the SOL in a long time, i'm not just saying this for 'the crack' either. You lot were seriously shit and to be honest we should have scored at least another one or two.

you wanna keep ya fingers crossed that a miricale happens as i can honestly see you's struggling and if someone doesn't come in by january then i think you may see a fair players on their way.

Fair enough you beat us and thats that but to say we are the worst team you've seen play at the SOL in a long time is a bit much, maybe this season but a long time i very much doubt.

The main change in the game for me was the introduction of jones, he should have scored with his headed chance but Cisse / Jones proved a head ache for us at the back. I think Jones n Cisse will do well once jones is fully fit.

On the Newcastle front all i can say is that we should have brought on Barton and Gutierrez around the 55 60min mark as we looked even flatter than we did in the 1st half, Both looked to make things happen when they came on but just didn't have enough time.

The worst since we were promoted, i was slightly dissapointed. Derby's are the games we look forward to the most, but you lot hardly showed up, you's were that bad you actually made us look good

I suppose its swings and roundabouts because it was the same for you boys at St James last season.

You caught us at a good time with club in the situation it is at the moment. Like you say we hardly showed up and as for the 2nd half didn't at all.

The stupid fucker did this infront of the SOUTH EAST corner...

If ever there was a wrong place to do it... he was gonna get fucking murdered the amount of fans that rushed into the stewards was crazy.

The match was pretty good.. the atmosphere was amazing. What Derby's are all about.
The celebrating and chanting at the end was immense too :D

    GTFI :)

agreed, we were woeful at your place last year like. keane has worked wonders recently tho, the players he's brought in have made a massive difference. i'm looking forward to see Jones and Cisse play a full game together.

you's need to get something sorted like, as i can see redknapp turning things round at spurs
