Lee these people will put never priority on getting your listings right unless you advertise with them. It's the way the business work$.

from my experience i would say that fly postering is by far the most effective, but now it's harshly punished then standing with the signs is next best!

get's the message accross to the most people with the minimal cost.

handing flyers out is good also but putting flyers in shops etc aint much good cos the vast majority of people who pick them up will already know the night so will know what's goiing on anyway...apart from specially occasions like new students coming, new year etc!

Posters/flyers/word of mouth.. E-mails & texts would both just get deleted (by me) for being spam.
