    Nope your all wrong becasue i had one has a wee button on the handle bars....but there were 2 diffrent models one was called a street fox which had a square thing in the middle of the handle bars with like a target on and the other was called street wolf

    I'm gunna encourage my son to do as many of them things as possible too!!!

    Riding bikes in packs of 7!! lol I most cetainly did!! :D street races we did with speedo's seeing what top speed we could get!

    Also built 'dens' in the woods which we'd return too days or weeks later and have all out war games!!

    Jumpers for goalposts :up: rarely see them nowadays :mad:

    this is totally true !! :) i was 1980

    i had a pirhana bmx, i seen a guy called andy ruffell :love: in a magazine doing bunny hops over a tennis net and screamed the house down till i got one for xmas :lol:

    used to love getting our mountain bikes out and going up the hills in saltburn :love:
    playing rounders and kerby all day etc

    al the places rund my way where we used 2 hav a kick about hav either been fenced off or had houses built on it! THE BASTARDS! Makes me think of when me grandad used 2 say... 'I can remember when all this was nothing but fields!'

    love reading this post as so much of it is true and brings back fond memories !!
    is chap-the-door-run-away the same thing we called knocky-nine-doors ??
    we used to play sticky in the woods also where some one would climb a tree and put up a rope swing,you then swung on it and tried to retrieve a knife stuck in another tree or in the bank and the next person had to retrieve it from where you left it !

    I remember having an Emmelle Leopard mountain bike and a Raleigh activator. I never really got into BMX's!

    I used to love them little pedal go karts as a kid.:oops:
