    which part don't you understand? she works at a clinic to which "our people on benefits" dont have access. this clinic has a much high budget due to it's clientele - as a result the equipment used is newer & better.
    surely it's not that difficult to fathom?

    I'm 100% sure I can find a brand new medical center our people on benefits have access to that asylum seekers don't.

    I think you will find it hard to find a dental practice that is taking NHS/benefit punters on, never mind 1 with NEW equipment!

    and just because its brand new doesnt mean its better or have all the up to date equiptment either. beleive me ive helped design a few :)
