I think Promise on a Saturday would be crap. :(

I much prefer going out on a Friday night, to start off the weekend.

you would have thought so with this and the academy opening..

the location of powerhouse makes far more sense generally for shindig... interesting comments about stereo too, i doubt very much it'll be the end, don't forget the baltic quays are still awaiting the next stage of development and they already have more than one decent chain of bars tied down to a space..

also, whats happening to the bars in times square? are tokyo ripping them out?

anyone know when approx the first nights at the new club will be?

I dont like foundation at all, when you travel round the uk on the club scene it shows foundations for what it is a pokey little hole

Saturdays could be good - these days i'd rather either stay in on a friday and laze around, then have a lie in and have some energy for a saturday night.

.... yeah it sounds old and grey but after a week at work 9-5 im usually dead on my feet by 11pm no matter how good the music is - or maybe thats a sign to hang up the dancing shoes ;)

totally agree with you about saturdays- a lazy saturday then a big night out is better than rushing to go out after a day at work on a friday

    im feeling old too:(
