Latest Fresh Blood Winners – Collins 303 & Paddy Freeform Here are the latest winners of the We Love… Freshblood competition, from the May and June entries. There has been an absolute mountain of quality mixes to get through! Ultimately May’s winner was picked as Collins 303, whose mix of raucous hip hop, punk, breaks and house brought to mind the mash-up mixes of We Love… faves the Chemical Brothers (in the days of the Heavenly Social) and 2manydjs (think the Radio Soulwax mixes). Congratulations Collins 303! Meanwhile, June’s winning mix is a much more chilled-out affair. Paddy Freeform’s mix of horizontal funk and cheeky covers of magical pop moments was the perfect antidote to the madness of the summer season, reflecting the laidback aspect of Ibiza perfectly.
