having just read that it's actually students flats opposite... can't see a reason why some nights won't be popular... however people won't go to the same places day in day out

it could easy work as a "student" club like the manor quey in sunderland

as long as the owners are willing the place should be ok JUST

those dead oppposite arent student flats- im sure they are luxury appts starting at around £130k
