    Possible bomb in London

    The London tube system is closed, initial reports were of power surges causing explosions, but there are now reports of a bomb on a bus in Russell Square.

    I wonder if its Police policy to tell lies about "major incidents" until they have the situ under control. perhaps to stop panic? it seems they came out with some bullshit about a power surge causing the explo.???
