ordering from juno do u only get the one e-mail saying they have your order or do you get another when sent? :spangled:
they just send u an e-mail when they have processed your order, so when they have picked your records from the warhouse or whatever.....i think... they have been a bit slower with me lately.....maybe its my postman tho...?
never use juno strictly bangingtunes chemicalrecords only-djs for me - much better tunes and service bt is my fav tho
juno are easily the best IMO. they are fast, very reliabe and pretty cheap. i have only been let down once out of probs over 100 orders... only-djs are sooooooooo slow...but they do have some good stuff tho...
only dj's have an amazing back catalogue... just takes ages to ship BT and CR have always delivered next day but haven't made as many orders as u... but the tunage is far better than juno...
I use a few different sites and all have been good for next day delivery and stuff. the only one i have had problems with and dont use any more is hard to find records, they just take the piss sometimes...
juno are still pretty much the best online (apart from one who I'm not gonna share!) as every thing you see on screen is available. They've slowed down by a day or so on postage but I think that's down to the introduction of the premium next day delivery service. When I were a lad you could order t'record and it would be on your doorstep by t'next morning.
everything u see on chemical is available 2... only their tunes are far better I never touch htfr anymore... saying that I just placed an order with juno - aint used em in ages so I'll see how they cope (all old records 2 )
i ordered 2 records yesterday (under time limit) 1 from chemical 1 from juno, got an instant reply from chemical (but they send u 3 e-mails) and 1 an hour later from juno, i got my last 2 from chemical today (late) so they should be here tomorrow hopefully. ive ordered once b4 off juno n they let me down cause it wasnt in stock! and once from chemical n got my record next day ive used dotvinyl before, next day delivery and have never let me down! (just hope i get em both cause looked 4 them 4 a while, tryed 2 find 1 site with both 2 save money but couldnt )
Chemical is superb juno is great in comparisson to say htfr, but when up against bangingtunes and chemical it aint up to par in my eyes
there the only place that had em in though (well hopefully juno wont let me down looking good so far, touch wood)
ive used dotvinyl a few times and have been really good. one i use which is really good are direct records, i tend to use them for more housey stuff i buy, and streetwise which i buy my breaks stuff from is ok but had a problem with out of stock stuff last time
