If I drink I have to smoke, if I smoke I....well you get the picture, hard to break a habit I have had for so long

If it's any help.. the last 3 years i've smoked (1 or 2) when I've drank and never even got addicted. Never bought a box either, that's alot of tabs I owe people

But I've stopped doing that too, as I'm going out more and more at the minute.

I found that locking myself in my room helped me quit smoking, cos my mam didnt know, so I cudnt exactly start smoking in the house. One of the best things Ive done tho. I dont smell like shit anymore, my teeth r alot whiter, and the proce of ciggies these days is stooopid :spangled:

firstly to get ova ma stoopid ex boyfriend cos have bin in love with him far too long n its reeli not gettin me anywhere and need to get ova him once and for all so hopefully that will be achieved this year!!
secondly to stop arguing with ma best mate becky everytime we go out cos even though tthey're just silly arguments n we're friends again abotu 2 secinds after, we seem to argue all the time n theres no need for it so we're both gonna try n put an end to that!!
thirdly to try n go out on the piss and not smoke cos its reeli doin ma voice no favours n ma voice contiunes to get this bad afta i've bin out i've gotta hav this operation which means im not alllowed to speak a sinle word 4 three weeks n i reeli dont want that!!
fourthly to find maself a luvli boy who fits ma criteria lol who will totally love me n who i will love back cos sick to bloody death of bin single im just so stupidly fussy tho but am determined my future husband is out there sumwhere lol!! um...im sure theres more but im sure i've written quite enough for one post!! xxx
