    All their names are listed on there also I read an article in that interesting factual document 'HERALD AND POST'

    The Chinatown in Manchester has one too

    No I doubt it, to be honest the people who own business down Chinatown probably pay a shed load in rates and taxes

    I'm pretty sure the community raised the £ themselves hence the names on the monument.
