A series of incidents have been reported near Warren Street, Oval and Shepherd's Bush stations on the London Underground.

The station have been evacuated. Smoke was seen coming from a train.


Train passenger Ivan McCracken told Sky News he spoke to an Italian man who witnessed an explosion.

"He told me he had seen a man carrying a rucksack which suddenly exploded. It was a minor explosion but enough to blow open his rucksack. Everyone rushed from the carriage. People evacuated very quickly. There was no panic.

"I didn't see anyone injured but there was shock and fright.

"There was a smell of smoke."

"The man who was holding the rucksack looked extremely dismayed.

Police have cordoned off the streets around Warren Street station. They said a suspect package had been reported on a Victoria Line train.

Sky reporter Mark White said authorities are "pushing everybody as far back from the station as they can".

LONDON (Reuters) - Emergency services were rushed to three London underground stations on Thursday, exactly two weeks after bomb attacks killed more than 50 people.

One witness said he was told by a fellow passenger that a small explosion blew apart a rucksack on one underground train.

A spokesman at Scotland Yard police headquarters told Reuters: "We can confirm emergency services are responding to reports of incidents at three locations on the underground -- Oval, Warren Street and Shepherd's Bush."

The Fire Brigade said that Warren Street underground station was evacuated after reports that smoke was seen coming out of a train.

Seems as though someone ran on a tube train dropped a rucksack then ran off, this didnt detonate properly, the bus bomb is the same, doesnt seem to have exploded..... this will give police big clues (signatures on the bombs)


seems as though this attempt hasnt been very successfull as yet but time will tell.

This could have just been an attempt to cre8 more fear amongst the public!

no arrests as yet.from wot i can tel sounds like a half arsed attempt rather than full scale incident.probs not the same people but someone else trying to play on peoples fears imo.still sick as fuck :evil:
