how is everyone today?

i was fine whe i came into work, bit tired but nothin new there

now i just feel totally crap, felt dead faint and funny b4 and got bad head now

dont think i feel ill enough to go home and i cant anyway really been off too much.

never mind, hows everyone else mid week?

Got sent home yesterday and had to stay off today. Got a bad head, feel completly weak and useless and have one of the mingingest coughs in the world.

Got woke up at 8.30 by the electricity man coming to read the metre, went back to bed for an hour so feel ok now. Got nothing planned for today so just going to sit round house all day

im fine just gettinf ready for work start at 12 today so aint bad but i dont finish till 11 so....

but im off sunday im off sunday

not been up long, physically i feel ok, but i defo got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning :evil:

Im cool .... just going through all my new photos from the shoot yesterday

I'm not too bad today Still bit tired and the sun has gone in

But i'm out tonight so will probs be 10 times worse tomorrow

I'm just not a Wednesday person. Don't like being stuck in the middle

really tired due to working early and stress levels are through the roof with buying a house

i feel ok except for aching all over
started training with new partner (doorman from trees)
we are pushing each other to the limits OUCH !!!
but worth it, have lost a stone in 3 weeks
