Sorry its a pretty boring thread bt Im getting highlights done hopefully in the next couple of weeks and was wondering where is the best place to get these done? I want loads of tiny thin blonde ones all over my hair...Im looking to spend around 90 pounds and want a hair dressers that isnt going to do what they want with it n leave me with a mullet...any suggestions?x
