    Go the Torys

Enforcing Non EU immigration caps from Tomo :tits:

Job Seekers Allowance to be cut.

Caps on Housing Benefits per house, This stops (mainly immigrant familys) people from breeding for benefits. Some People are getting 100k in Housing Benefit A YEAR in London. The new caps stop this at £400 a week not matter how many greasy spawns are running around.

Housing Beneift reduced by 10% if you dont get a job after 1 year.

YES tax has risen but it always had too. They have made everything transparent so bitter tax payers can see where their money is going, and shock horror will see its required.

Ride out the hard times and rejoice in about 5 years time when the Torys are up for re-election and they will introduce Tax cuts if re-elected!

I fully expect them to cut tax's after 5 years to get back into power.

    Davids producing :D

The firm hand wont work for the torys this time round, I do like some of there sharp changes to the system, especially for immigrants.

I think everything else they have on the table sucks big time, throwing salt in alot of open wounds will backfire on them, I think were suffering enough. Roll on the next election :)

I work for the largest Housing Assoc in the UK my patch is Hull/East Yorkshire & not one my customers is effected by the caps. My mates look after London & they were pretty sure none of there customer would be effected by this. I think the people who will be effected are private landlords & the vast majority of them put nothing back into the local community so this good.

The 2nd thing is good for me as people not paying the short fall means I have to chase them.

Sorry pike but you're talking shite on this one. The entitlements and current levels on the system don't allow you to claim anywhere near this level.

some bankers (who caused all this shit in the first place by their reckless carelessness with our money) are on £100,000 a week!
the problem is NOT immigrants. They are just scapegoats set up as figures of hatred to take our eyes off the ball.A lot of people will lose their jobs, not because immigrants stole them, but because bankers stole them. The cuts aint even started yet

i do like the idea of the goverment creating it's own bank and financing the homeowners getting into repossesion problems. The banks aren't lending - they should be made to do so, especially the ones who are majorly owned by the tax payers!!!

Anyways, the cap is only 1300 non-eu workers lower than the current numbers, hardly ground breaking. although BBC news last night was up in arms complaining "not enough properly trained curry chefs will be allowed in to the country"

All your search brings up is other people on other forums spouting exactly the same shite as you.

A search of the parliamentary records reveals that Osborne said something about it during his speech and yet he did not quote specifics (i.e. where, who, what etc). See this. It sounds fishy as fuck. Especially when you read the DWP's stats on it here -
That means the average claimaint is nowhere near the £400 threshold.

Besides, it's not the "filthy immigrants" who are to blame for getting paid this much, it's the government who sold off social housing, and the greedy landlords who are quite happy to fleece local councils in order to house them. These people (unemployed, immigrant, otherwise) never see that money - it goes straight from the local council into the pockets of private landlords and property companies.

I've got no doubt you'd be quite happy to take money off the council to house someone on LHB... in one of your "properties", of course you'd probably try and scam them out of a pretty penny too ;)

The point being that vast majority of people on HB are not effected by this it is really just a headline grabber for the Tory masses showing Ozzie being tough. As I said it will effect private landlords & as you said mainly in London which is a good thing.

The big saver will be "Housing Beneift reduced by 10% if you dont get a job after 1 year.". This will cause chaos with overpayments as I just cant see council getting it bang on for the reduction they have years to get it sorted like.

"it goes straight from the local council into the pockets of private landlords and property companies." This is not true as people can get there HB paid to themselves. You find out who these people are in Jan when you buzz them & ask why they haven't paid there rent.

You didn't read a thing I put down? I even pointed out where it said it in Osborne's speech and I said he couldn't tell you where or when this example was from. For all you know, it could have been a family of 18 "natives" who were born here, claiming for a house in London. Until it's clarified, all you are seeing is that figure out of context and for all we know a load of bollocks. It wouldn't be the first time (the 45 minute claim in the Iraq weapons dossier is another example) a politician spouts complete and utter shit to make a point.

The DWP figures show that people get £83.74 a week on average. It's highlighted in bold because I know you have a problem with maths. The figures from the DWP don't highlight any cases where £104k was paid to one individual.

Try reading the search results you've pulled up - all it shows are other people on other forums saying exactly the same as you. It's not the same as proof or more information showing you are right. I can type "Pike is a retard" into google, it doesn't mean every article it pulls up will back up my case ;)

Show me some solid evidence to back up your argument and I'll even admit it if you're right.

    Wasn't aware of that
