    Crasher Classics last nite

Was canny good. Agnelli and Nelson played the set of the night, imo. Ended on Holding Onto Nothing too - I knew they wud and they didnt let me down.

JFK was ok too. To be fair, he just had to play the top ten tunes voted for on the web site tho so it was always going to be good. Just a shame I was in the middle of the dancefloor getting squashed at the time. Dancing at the back was much much easier. Think For An Angel was number 1 and Airwave was second.

Eddie and Fleming were gash tho!

And as for the surprise PA, Crasher must have been taking the piss surely!

Altho it was really busy, that made it a better night overall. Was impressed with it.

Sorry I missed some of ya, I only saw ******, Sasha and Stu in the end. Im sure you can guess what kept me busy tho. :D

I was thinking that last night. They started off a bit dodgy but they soon got into their set.

tbf, eddie should not have been on that line up imo. i like eddie, though he really killed the night imo.

came on 1.30-3 and played a well dodgy set, only 2 or 3 tunes could be classed as 'classics', as the only 'hard edged' dj on the line up, he could have played a set full of nu-nrg, shokk, scot project type stuff, and been the only dj to have played that style last night and would have gone down really well. his mixing wasnt the best either, was trying to mix old trance the same way as he mixes his hard trance/dance, didnt sound good at all, if matt had played that slot instead would have made all the difference imo!!!!!

enjoyed riley & durrant and agnelli & nelson's sets, JOOF tho..... what the fuck??!!?? i only knew 2 or 3 tunes he played, and was meant to be a classics set??!! since when was psy-trance part of 'crasher classics'???

was a very good night, tho could have been better had they put more thought into the line up, as eddie had no real right to be playing a crasher classics night tbf!!!!!! :p

Spot on. I remember asking people to name some of the tunes that they were playing and they couldn't. Classics my arse! And what the fuck did Fleming do right at the end? That was just noise! Its a shame it had to end that way.

hes only 24 tho, hardly a big part of the '10 yrs of crasher'!!!!!

surely matt or scott would have played a night like that if asked??!!

he just seemed a bit lost on what to play tbh, didnt really know what style to play so ended up being neither here nor there!!!!!

All the tracks were voted for on the Fleming board by its users and he recorded the set for his radio show, global trance grooves.

I'd love to see one too and there were some amazing suggestions put fowards.

To be fair to him it's a bit of a piss take putting Fleming on last, especially after Halliwell.

He'd be much better doing an early set and playing the deeper classics, everyone knows that he's not going to bang out stuff like for an angel or gouryella because it's never been what he's about.

    ;)

Agnelli and Nelson were on after Halliwell too. It was a weird night in terms of set times.
