Shit me! The cost of mobiles has inflated like the cost of housing!

I was thinking about getting a new phone since I have a 3310, but for those prices they can fuckoff!

Go in a haggle mate I always get the lastest phone when my contracts run out, for instance I got the sharp GX-30 last year when I went in it said on the shelf £200, I got it for £35. They just rip you off if you haggle then fuck off go somewhere else and tell them they said they'd do it for so and so they do it even cheaper.

Last year he went so cheap he had to ring head office to see if I could have it for £35, they said yes.

I'm looking to get the Sharp 902 next best phone on the market at the moment, features wise, they are retailing at £200, I'm hoping to get it for less than £50

3310,s were over 100 quid back in the day...you can easy get a decent pay and go one for that

I havent paid for my fone since I went onto contracts. I always get the one I want for free

Still not good though, I like my phones to do everything the best, I'm a bit of a technolgy nut though, so i'm probably a bit biased.

Well the zoom is quite good on the camera

nah its not like 3g is not what it could be i would stay clear for at least 6 months of any 3g devcies as i work for orange and im in there 3g departmet stay clear for least 6 months

Thats cause you work at orange Vodaphone have got it bang on the services, the reception, the phones. I can't wait to get my Sharp 902, I've been researching it for a while, considering wether to take the step, but it seems vodaphone are the way forward, for 3g.

it makes no diffrence wich company you get 3g from as all the networks are actually helping each other out mate wit h research etc with the sharp 902 your goingt o be having to buy software updates about 3 times a year to keep it up to date and working to its full potiential but if ya happy doing that then go ahead

Never heard about that I've spoke to the 3g rep at the vodaphone offices in London and he didn't mention anything about that. What are the updates for?

The three network seems to work ok except the reception issues and the wank phones.

Third generation phones, basically phones that can make video calls.

3g is a huge let down

Wont be fully operational (sounds like the death star haha) for a good while yet.

Thats why, for example, 3 are offering such good deals...cos the network cant cope and is abisimal!
