oof, i had this ages ago, never resolved it and simply re-installed windows. that seemed to fix it. however it can happen for a variety of reasons like [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2RdB3LtPOo&feature=related"]YouTube - BSOD - BSOD (better sounding on drugs) + WTF Chicken[/ame]
i added extra ram and it did it all the time, then i took 1 chip out and it seemed to calm down, so with mine it was either dodgy ram or a dodgy socket, but bsod are usually driver / hardware related in my experience. very rare normal software will cause one.
