I've found O2 to be best if you can get it (O2 customer) but apart from that if you dont want a phone line then Cable is probably the best apart from utter WANK customer service if you need anything changed/altered/comlpaints.

If you're after ADSL I supply ADSL2 connections for £21.99 per month (up to 24mb with free Wifi router with 40gb cap) or £24.99 for unlimited downloads. Includes line rental and weekend landline calls. No connecction fee. If you need a line installed, as long as you're in a good area, I can install them for £69.99.

It is also worth you checking out if Virgin is in there (look for Telewest or NTL boxes on the skirting boards in the property). That is a cable connection, which feels slightly quicker than most ADSL services. Sometimes more expensive.

BE Unlimited is certinally a good one, Zen is good too (good customer service with Zen) but for bandwidth best get Be! :)
