New site info - nucastle.co.uk

Welcome to nucastle.co.uk, it seemed such a waste for this message board to go as well as Promise. After talking to Mark and Richard we decided to separate the message board from Promise in the hope that we can keep things over here running beyond the final Promise event (All Aboard on new years day).

I've given the site a bit of a facelift and shifted it over to a new domain. I picked nucastle.co.uk because it pays homage to Promise and what it stood for. I also just thought it was a kinda cool name.

The 'What's On' forum is back, there will now be no rules about which nights you can or cannot post about. I'm hoping that anyone out there who is running a night will take the time to jump on here and tell us what you have on each month.

Banner space is also available to rent from now on. If you would like to know more please PM me for info.

That's about it for now, I'm open to any ideas people might have about how to make the board better either posted below or by PM. I hope that this board can grow to be one of the best clubbing forums around, time will tell.

Sigs are back but limited to one line of text and one image.

Avatars can now be up to 100kb.

You can attach gif, jpg, jpeg, kmz, mp3 and wav up to 1MB in size. Please don't use this to post anything that is copyright though (so no complete tracks at all). Short samples of tracks are fine to post (you will just need to work out how to chop them down to size).

Images can be as large as you like in threads.
