    I dont think the rules are gonna be as strict anymore seen as though promise isnt a business.Wasnt the whole NO DRUG TALK rule because of how it might reflect on promise?

    if by 'weed' you actually mean block i know there's been a big shortage in the north east due to loads of dealers being raided up north.. i heard this about 3/4 weeks ago now..
