    i never really need a kip until I go to bed, unless I've had a proper harsh weekend.

    Im terrible for having some kip whenever I feel like it .... have no self discipline :lol:

    thats due to boredom hannah your mind isn't getting stretch so It tells your body your tired, you need a hobby.

    hobbies you might be interested in,

    Orienteering,
    stamp collecting,
    train spotting,
    or even better plane spotting:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

    You wouldnt need to snooze in the evening therfore wouldnt feel like shit if you didnt sit on a message board untill 4am.

    24 hour garage thats what you need hannah. If I get tired I just eat food that always wakes you up.

    knocks your body clock out of sync.. always pays to go to bed and get up at the same time every day if you can. i do and i can feel the difference if i keep it up..

    when you fall asleep your body wants 8 hours of it. if you only have 1 or 2 and wake up you've disrupted a nights sleep..

    i try to sleep from about 10:30 until 6:30.. i'm late for bed! :doh:

    But that would entail sleeping at normal times, which I cannot do because my body clock is permo backwards :lol:

    if it was backwards wouldn't you go to bed at 8am and wake up at 11pm
