I used to get them all the time ............ Til I went mental down the phone to em & then they stopped

The weird thing is tho love the don't give me a chance to answer i've managed to answer once or twice but the just hung up straight away!! :evil:

My Grandma had this once

Turns out it was a sales call centre that had an automatic dialler..


It had gone ballastic and was dialling numbers even when there was no call handler to speak to her..hence it being silent when she picked the phone up..

I'm not sure what the outcome is but perhaps you could get witheld numbers barred which might solve the problem

ah god... i get dodgy phone calls all the time. It's so not fair.

I got a couple of dodgy phone calls last night actually, they were just muttering things and i couldn't understand what they were saying

i used to get similar shit happening with the house phone. some total knobber would phone and when any of us answered there would be nowt but silence. doesnt happen as often now, infact it hasnt happened for a while, but it used to boil me piss.

id post their number and let everyone give them a bit of jip.

i wouldnt mind all my mates are lightweights and nick off at about 12. their excuse is they have a job to go to i the mornings. pahhh any excuse
