You're supposed to do a patch test with these kind of things first .... like on your arm or leg. If thats ok then go ahead and use it elsewhere. You're not supposed to have it on for more than 10 minutes but the times vary from person to person ie dont wash it off until its actually worked. Ah christ can you tell I used to sell this shit
