Do a search for expat/expatriate messageboards. Luckily being in the EU you can go anywhere in europe pretty much without much, if any bother. For other countries you will need to look into work permits, working visas, naturalisation or some kind of formal emmigration proceedure. Canada and Australia are crying out for new people - places like the USA are pretty damn hard to get into
