    didn't know it was no-smoking day today, anyway I packed in last Tuesday and apart from a couple I don't remeber on Sat night haven't had one since :king:

    Doing ok this time, haven't felt the need to kill anyone at al yet

    I'm a smoker but i definately dont have brownish fingers...lol, i think i would cry if i did tho :D

    I nearly quit a couple of days ago when i got the flu, but didnt stick 2 it...

    I stopped smoking on January 6th. I had 3 or 4 on Saturday night when I was pissed off and battered but not had one since. To be honest though, I really REALLY want one right now- having such a shite week

    There isn't a "used to have the odd social smoke but realised it was daft and stopped" option...as that applies to me, i used to have the OCCASIONAL tab on a nite out....

    i stopped nearly three weeks ago. nearly fell off the wagon once but havent... came within inches of buying them... but didnt...

    think i passed my hardest test really, im starting to feel pleased about not doing it. :)

    and soon i will be able to get all 'eurgh' at people which frankly always pissed me off, and now i feel entitled to start doing so :p
