the world trade centre i was wondering what damage was done apart from the massive loss of life? i mean in terms of what was in there - machines, servers.. information? - those buildings were fucking massive.
lasting damage to the stockmarket + economy. i would guess most major companies would have most of their valuable info backed up, especially if they have offices based elsewhere. no doubt lots of irreplaceable documents etc were lost but major companies should have some kind of coping strategy for disasters. the loss of life is obviously the main concern but an event like that will have far reaching consequences...
i'm speculating here, but i bet cover of any major site or centralised point, especially in the usa, has to pay extra on their insurance premium to be covered from acts of terrorism
Most major UK (and alot of smaller) companies have Terrorism insurance mate, totally seperate premiums. Its a sad state of affairs when you have to insure your business against acts of terrorism.
alot of insurance wne t up to cover such acts of terrorism, but in the small print it says that acts of terrorism are no longer covered!

Adding this: 9+1+1=11 Now we have a very upsetting piece.. 1) The total number of victims inside the planes are 254: 2+5+4=11 2) The day September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year: 2+5+4=11 3) After September 11, there are 111 days more to the end of the year. 4) The tragedy of 3/11/2004 in Madrid also adds to: 3+1+1+2+4=11. 5) The tragedy in Madrid happened 911 days after the tragedy of the Twin Towers. Spooky!! Read on......! This is really eerie,,,,, This is something to think about! Since America is typically represented by an Eagle. Saddam and Bin Laden should have read up on their Muslim passages... The following verse is from the Quran. Quran (9:11) -- For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle.
