Hello I hardly ever post on here but i am so perplexed by this i felt the need My electricity has been cut After months ( startin July 15th 2004) of shit including a £1500 electricity bill that i had accumulated over 14 days there next trick is " cutting my pissing power off " so i ring them up explain for half an hour to some elbow licking idiot whats going on only to start hearing a loud ringing and it's there BASTARD FIRE ALARM...... can you ring back she says so i say "FUCK OFF" and hang up. Fast forward 20mins and i ring back and speak 2 a second elbow licker, same story i told elbow licker 1 again is relayed and he says there is nothing i can do ring back in the morning NO I FUCKING WELL WONT (another warning about swearing) get your manager phone monkey.... SHIT PHONE MUSIC LASTING 10 MINS..... He is busy but there is nothing he can do !!!!! There was no fucking way he was getting out of this that easily so i asked him for his managers name. I then told him to tell his manager always maintaining my P's and Q's that unless he wanted me to ring the chronicle and tell them that N POWER let myself and my 2 month old son ( which in fact is a little white lie i have no son but there is some truth in it i am there myself) stay in a house that only has electric heaters without even talking to me go ahead but thats the type of shit the local News Guardian loves. Elbow licker 2 goes away again .... SHIT PHONE MUSIC LASTING 10 MINS ..... He is still on a call he will ring you back 2night !!! BOLLOX how have you just been talking 2 him for about 20 mins if he was on a call...................... TO BE CONTINUED
i worked for them for a few weeks they are conning wankers who encourage there staff to fib about prices
Thats TRUE!!! they came to my door once and conned me into switching across from British Gas .. they said id still be with the same supplier .. bastards!

i they conned me also my guard was down as i was:chill: they told me also it would be the same supply but something good hapened out of it because i ended up some how getting gas from both companys, me step ma sorts me bills out i just give her the money and she just pays mine when she pays hers so in the end she got on the phone to both companys and i ended geting the gas for those few months free as they couldnt decided who had actually supplyed it and also a refund for the gas id payed from british gas my step ma's an:angel2:
Use Scottish Power for both Gas & Elec they are the cheapest if u r in Newc. Customer Services are "OK"
we've got a stupid key thingy at our house, an when they put it in they gave us the wrong key... all 4 of us had never had a prepay thing before so kinda forgot about it until it ran out, but when we tried to charge it it wouldn't work, so i had to ring them about 4 times before they said they had put an alert on and some1 would try an get round before the end of the day (this was at 8:30am) but they couldn't garentee anything... and when i kicked off saying it was their fault cos they had supplied us with faulty things they said "well you shouldn't have let it run out before you put more money on, so its your fault really isn't it" !! :evil:
there cocks man they sent us a bill out for a stupid amount of money for a months bill and guess what im not even with N power im with british gas so i ring em up to find out what was going the fuck on and they where trying to say british gas had handed us over to them and we knew about it cos the guy had been to our door but he hadnt :evil: :evil: cocks
They've did the same with us a couple of times. The first time they made a mate sign something saying that 'they had called'. 2 weeks later we get a bill from them. The second time they changed us over from southern electric when the first we head from it was southern electric asking us why we were changing suppliers. Bastards :evil:
Shawn i used to work for em so here's the crack - complain, but dont compain to a manager cos u'll never get em, you complain to energy watch, and then cos energy watch can take there licence off em they will actually do somthing if u have a key meter - ur screwed cos they treat u like dirt, dont pay by dd otherwise they screw that up 2,(or if u do make sure u get a manual re assesment of ur dd amount) and if u want to know why u got a 1500 bill is cos some customers they didnt send a bill for 2 years, due to a new computer system decideing not to bill people ( then almost had there licence taken of em for that one) Good luck shawn http://www.energywatch.org.uk/ tel. 08459 06 07 08
u.switch.com will tell u the cheapest supplier in your area and I'm sure they had info on the most complained about suppliers also, if not then Which website should. I find when ringing call centres always take a name and make notes on what was discussed/promised. Telwest totally fucked up my transfer when I moved house, sent the techy blokes to my old house and tried to pretend they had got mixed up and actually they had been called out for my old next door neighbours and not me. Til I pointed out they had rang my work number which wouldn't be on my neighbours account. Got a free phone point fitted worth 75 quid and credits on the account. If the manager don't give u any joy go for the section manager and keep going, then write a shitty letter to the head honcho. The minions take complaints personally and try to argue, higher up they will just give u what u want.
u.Switch are actually associated with some suppliers (can't remember which ones) so will not necessarily give you the cheapest quote. Check the Energywatch website instead - www.energywatch.org.uk.
