    caffeine is REALLY bad for you.... im trying to cut down to one cuppa Coffee (in the morning) and then stick to tea fo the rest of the day

    I'll have a cup of coffee when i get up then between 4-8 cups at work then one before i go to bed. Never really had any side effects either :confused:

    when i was working at a pc ALL day I was used to getting force fed it by busty teens trying to impress on coffee runs. you just drink it cos its there. It turns you into a fucking loon!!! it tires the fuck out of you cos it keeps your brain and body wizzing non stop......

    I have about 8-10 cups of filter coffee per day.

    Those, or caffeine tablets.

    Anyone in the IT profession soon learns the ins and outs of caffeine ;)
