Don't you think that once you've been smoking a bit, if someone else has had a cig you can tell immediately? Like if someone's talking to me I can smell fags on their breath and on their clothes whereas before I couldnt.

i dont want to quit, i quite like smoking, dont mind the smell, feels good when your having a crisp cool pint ........mmmm

i quit after new yr and aint had one since no help just so determind to quit , its all in ya mind man just stop its wrong and its filthy but its soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Since new years eve for me.

saying that :

1) i haven't been out since then, so not had hardly any contact with booze.

2) i'm still full of man flu which makes smoking impossible and agrevates my cough.

Smoking numbs your lungs to a certain extent, so when you give up you can actually start to feel it again! You will probably find you start coughing up all sorts of horrible stuff too, as your lungs clean themselves.
