    One of my mates from years back jumped off the bridge a few years ago....not nice :(

    Theres big chunky bolts that run up the side, you could probably get up that way I should think. Would be a bugger if you changed your mind when you got to the top like, getting back down again would be pretty tricky....

    there's someone "apparently" going to jump off the bridge every week, if they really wanted to do it they would do it quickly and quietly before anyone had the chance to get to them.....most of them are unfortunately just attention seeking, wasting the emergency services time and being a major inconvenience to most of us.....

    I understand that sometimes they aren't right in the head and might need someone to talk to etc etc, but there are easier ways of getting people to talk to you....

    They should just ring NHS Direct, they'll know what to do.
