I work for my local council and ayslum seekers are treated as a top priorty ahead of the homeless, do you think that is right?

The homeless have no excuse to be homeless, if they want out there are ways, it may not be pretty or easy but its a chance. The truth is most of them cant and wont. Having experience of homeless charities means I saw the kind of people who are homeless... vast majority are addicts or drunks. I think people who need help are a better cause than people who refuse it or break the rules.
