    All you need to do is go to CAB, they give you all the free legal advice you need. Tbf it is in black and white that they are going to pay a months wage ..

    I doubt that they would sack you out-right for attendance, so I guess you must have had verbal, written and a final warning. In which case, its unlikely you are to be paid beyond the day they sacked you. Unless you are owed holiday pay.

    Your right fella i had verbals, writtens etc however i've just persisted with my old boss & will be getting that months pay as per the letter i recieved.
