True like dehydration/over heating or over hydration, but the drug is still the cause of these problems, i not against E i just hope people know what they are doing and most of the time they dont

which calls for better education on the subject. its been proven that mdma is as likely to kill u as a peanut, possibly less. it is naivety and lack of knowledge that kills these people, not the drug itself.

And the fact that just getting MDMA in your pill is 0%

We need testing as well as education like in Holland

regulation is the key mate. there was a mother of a lass that died in oxford a couple of years ago from a rogue batch of e's. her mother lived in sweden (altho she was english) where they have the same testin as amsterdam. she said herself that if they had the testin stations in clubs like they do in other countrie, her daughter would still be alive today.

Thats how I feel And i dont particularily like looking like a gurning mess either

Drugs in general

Pills are weak as piss these days. You could a lot more than 12 and be fine.

Its mixing drugs together and drinking that leads to problems.

I used to take them but I have a better night out just with class music, good atmosphere and a bloody gud drink.

Too right if you need drugs to enjoy a night you dont really love the music

tbf though i doubt it was the 1st time he'd done a lot, you dont jump from a few to 12 in one go. it also can be easy at times to do a lot, especially once smashed you can lose track of how many you've had, or sometimes think you're feeling more sober than you actually are and think you need more. im not defending anyone, only putting a point across cos ive done it before and its easier done than people might think, especially at a young & naive age.

there is a point though when you realise its not clever and you dont need to do that, there was for me anyway, im not saying im tee-total now or anything but i do less and look after myself much better than i used to, and feel 100% better for it.

off the subject slightly.. people bang on about how vile pills are me slightly hypocritically sometimes.. BUT lets not forget coke is also extremley dangerous in large quantities especially when mixed with drink.. it also totally fucks with your personality.. quite a few of my old 'friends' have turned into jumped up little pricks who think they're something they clearly arent due to regular nights out with charles...

but cokes acceptable tho init
