Were the Italians wrong to pay the ransom

The Italian government are rumoured to have paid a half million ransom to get the two FEMALE hostages freed.

If this is true do you agree with it or will it encourage more kidnappings?

its bound to encourage more. if they release hostages its bound to send out the message that they will do it again.

If they have PAID I hope they force every non military ppl out of Iraq

Kidnappings were on the increase anyway & IF any money has been paid it will only increase the rate again.

they shouldn't pay ransoms. ever.
