Re: Cocktails Jimmy, I've got a cocktail book in the house if you want to borrow that. It gives you the ingredients, how to build them (think that's the propper term for it!!!) & history behind them etc! Covers most spirits too. PM me your address or something if you do & I'll get it in the post to you. Either that or I'll give it to Derek to give to you one time...
Re: Re: Cocktails Nice1 mate. Pass it over to Dekka and he can give it to Allie for me to borrow. I'll return it of course!

Re: Re: Re: Cocktails When do you want it for? Not sure when Derek's next going to be out as he works every Friday & Saturday night now. No probs if you want it sent, I can post it from work tomorrow...
Banoffee Martini - I only recently got introduced to these at Popolo's on Pilgrim Street: fresh banana, maple liqueur, vanilla Stoli, butterscotch schnapps, crème de banane and cream, all chucked in a blender, then finished off with a sprinkling of cinnamon. I wish i knew the quantities, but like Smog says, improvisation is much more fun!
