Right i know this has been mentioned so many times but im an idiot and still dont understand about all the servers n stuff can sum1 please explain how i get it working? In steps please :blush:

Everytime i go on DC it never finds anything when i search. Remember it being something to do with the active/passive connection settings but does anybody know exactly how to fix it?

if your in active mode, you can download off anyone if your in passive you can only download off active users.

but it cud be somethin with your firewall maybe

It wasnt workin in Active but it does when i switch it to passive. Not sure about the firewall cos im at uni and i have no idea what the set up is

u set it to passive if your comps are networked etc, and obviously it is at uni, so keep it at passive
