English Language - A study of child language looking at language aquisition, and other speech act features

Sociology - why do people from working class backgrounds move to further education less frequently than middle/upper class people

Psychology - does the matching hypothesis for couples work? is there any truth in it and why.

Just done a 5000 word report concerning my preliminary dissertation. Only in my second year. Was up until 7am today :(, handed it in for three. Just found out last week that my dissertation will have to be in on the 5th of March next year

Mine was absolutely shocking, it was meant to be the masterpiece of my degree, the accumulation of the three years hard work. It was meant to boost my degree grade to something respectible. if anything is will detract, i don't think i've ever been more disappointed in a piece oF work i've handed in:( SO THE LESSON IS START UR DISSERTATION EARLY!!!!

And what is wrong with stacking shelves? :p

Just to piss you all off, I haven't got ANY college or uni work to be doing at the moment. My life is free of that sort of stress, all I have to worry about is ordering enough Comfort 2Litre to fill the shelves at Morrisons

    Uni next year...can't wait! :D

    PS. January A-level re-sit exam results this Thursday...ARGH!! :(

 Those were the *crap* days I hope you mean?! Actually it used to be a laugh just being a grocery student, but now I'm full time and spend 39hrs (minimum) a week there, and I HATE IT. Plus wanker managers and shit pay, etc etc. Apparantly it's going to get much better very soon with the Safeway takeover, we all got this copy of a speech from *Sir* Ken Morrison today, it was beautiful! :p

Watch out Smog...we're coming for you! :D

Darlington? Is that store in some industrial estate with a MASSIVE car park? (Yes there is a reason behind asking this...)

This lad recently left our store who used to work in the Darlington store, called Shaun, I think he was on Trolleys when he was there. You know him? He works at USC in the Eldon Square now.

I used to do 11.5hrs  Fri 6.30pm-10.30pm and Sat 10am-5.30pm, ahh those WERE the days now that I think about it

Really? There's only about 3 at the Killi store, 2 on checkouts and 1 on Fresh Foods. Bastards

I just learned today that the people on checkouts get paid MORE then the rest of us. You know why?? "Because they have a higher chance of having a gun pointed at them, being assaulted, and being threatened by criminals because they handle money"

...so they get paid more?? Gits.
