    Saddam captured

Ousted Iraqi President Saddam Hussein has been arrested in Iraq, according to unconfirmed reports.

Members of the Iraqi Governing Council and Kurdish officials said he had been captured in his ancestral hometown of Tikrit, north of the capital Baghdad.

DNA tests have confirmed it is Saddam...

I wish the U.N captured him...... The US will not let him speak or reveal stuff like the US's supply of Chemical Weapons to Iraq in the 80's....

The guy is a cock, granted. But is it fair for one (very biased) country to take him to trial. He deserves harsh punishment but there is a way to do things and the american way may not be the best. You have to have rules and procedures, even for evil twats, or we are as bad as them...

not disputing that but,, when for some reason people on here must have got up this morning and not been able to eat their cornflakes because they were worried this monster might not get a fair trial!!!

tbh does someone this evil even deserve a fair trial???

I get ya point, and im no liberal but i'd rather see a genuine trial (honesty would surely condemn him more?) than a media led american 'lets all throw moider the terrorist dictator.'

Why not let the Iraqi's do it... second thoughts maybe not
