Bouncers - morons?

    Bouncers - morons?

    Cant say ive had MANY bad expericences with them.... Violent unfair pricks? Or Men doing a job?

    Worst experience ive had was going into Sugar for someones birthday, the first two of us were let in (me and another lad) and we paid 10 quid to get in.... the other 3 were knocked back for apparently being too drunk.

    The manager, when called down didnt want to give us a refund, nor did he seem to give a shit about anything we had to say. After a quick nod we were basically thrown out, grabbed by a bouncer and escorted out.... And any questions put to them outside had the usual stoney faced non response... So that experience cost me 10 pounds to be in a club for 2 minutes.

    So...... do you reckon bouncers are just cocky, steroid popping roughnecks who get off on the power trip and voilence aspect of the job.... or should we respect em?

    I really dont like doormen at all. I know a fair few round Washington and Sunderland. I get on with a couple, but all of them are dirty bastards. Theyre jus out for the power over peeps and to get the lasses...especially the lasses. It makes me sick :evil: :evil:

    Never understood how bouncers manage to pull attractive looking women either....must be the testosterone oozing out of em ;)

    They r all really arrogant aswell, well the ones I know anyway. My ex starting on the doors and our relationship dwindled very quickly. They think they r sumthing special. GRRRRRRR! Im getting pissed off at this now, can u believe?!!! lol

    From what i hear, bouncers always seem to pick on poor Orbit, even though the lad is always stone cold sober and perfectly behaved!!!!!!!! :cool:

    My mate got turfed out the Shack last night @ about 12/1am for being a total clip so you could say that there doing there job properly there - thing is he had to wait outside till 3:30am for us with nee coat cos they wouldnt even let him have his jacket back which i thinks fucking stupid !

    They must of had blinkers on anyways cos some people were litteraly having a meal off there face at some stages - its basically a power thing me thinks cos me mates hardlys a nuisance !

    They dont pick on me any more, cos ive calmed down loads (away trips excepted). :p

    I would say some do a good job, but a good 50% of them are pricks. Stuff like not giveing someone there jacket back. I mean, chuck em out if you have to, but theres no excuse for just being a cock. :mad:

    Also ive never been able to understand why lasses all love them. Ive noticed that, and its hard to explain. :spangled:

    My mate rang me today and said when i came out the traffic was moving past the club and he said i looked on way then the other and then up to the sky as if to say "What the fuck do i do here"

    Is all fun and games !

    Back to the subject of me mate anyways and i felt shit for leaving him outside but he had said i was to stay in - i wouldnt of left PVD's set playing the trance he was, just felt they could of let him have his jacket cos Boro's not the best of places at that time of night - poor fucker :(

    I was litteraly all over the place too - towards the end i sat to the left of the entrance !

    For the main parts of his set i was on the dancefloor to the left again in a sound place but it was too busy really so we went for a wonder !

    I didnt really see alot or was that cos i couldnt see :spangled:
