You can sometimes tell by clothes what city a person comes from or what area if you like ! But itas actually easier to tell by attitudes:
for example:- a cockney will think he/she is the dogs bollocks better than anyone from anywhere else and theyl try tyo prove it by buying anthing that looks remoteley expensive and getting themselves into a load of debt ! Also a cockney would not be helpful in anyway shape or form to a stranger, there attitudes stink thats why they are called COCK-neys!

The further north you go the friendlier the people become . Northerners are kinder , more welcoming and hospitibal and when i say northerners i mean real northeners like past yorkshire!

southerners are shandy drinking woofters and the rest of country generally regard them as twats!

the fact is that if you did a survey of everyone in the country and based it on friendliness and attitude towars otheres the majority would place cockneys and other londoners last! its like a different culture down there if you smile at someone on the street they simply blank you or look at you as if your about to mug them! where as up hear the majority would smile back.

I have seen someone get their nose broken by a headbut in Newcastle just for being a southerner. In London no-one will have a go at you for being a northerner.

in every town there are ruff people what im talking about is arrogance .... people from london turn there nose up at northeners they dnt have a clue what goes on outside london. And the think they are better than the rest of the country!

listen i never said yorkshire wasnt north i just implied that to us Geordies anthing past sunderland becomes south, thats how we think of it ..... as for proper northeners a simply ment that to iiustrate the difference between what people from london class as north i.e milton fucking keynes as to what we consider north i.e ourselves , and those in a 50 mile vacinity
